USPS does issue Customs Form numbers for international packages shipped via Priority or First Class Mail. These aren't traditional tracking numbers, but can be used to show proof of acceptance from our post office and shipment. ***PLEASE NOTE*** We are not responsible for delays caused by another country's customs office. Please keep this in mind.

Can you declare the package as "Gift" if I am ordering from outside the U.S?
Sorry, we are unable to declare International packages as Gifts. That is against the law and we don't break laws, sorry. Please do not ask us to do so. We must state the correct value on all packages.

What is Stylez return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order. If, within 3 days after receipt of your purchase, there is a problem, you request a refund or exchange (minus delivery charges). However, all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified, abused, worn, or washed and/or dried will not be accepted for refunds, nor exchange. Also, there is a size chart in all listings. If there is a problem with sizing, and the size sent true to the chart, only exchanges can be given (customer must pay all re-shipping fees). Before returning any products to us, you must contact us through "contact seller" or email us so we can provide you with a Return Authorization number. All returns must include the RA number and the reason for the return. We prefer that you contact through email at [email protected] Please ship using any service with a tracking number to the following address: 578 N. Main St. Woonsocket R.I. 02895 Insuring the return shipment is highly recommended!

We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail, unless it is a large order, then we ship with UPS. All packages include insurance and tracking numbers. We try and process all orders within a day of payment. Sometimes we may be out of an item and it will take a few days to restock.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses, or Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, we do. ***However, for large orders, UPS will not ship to APO/FPO's, we must ship it via USPS Priority, which cost more. So, for large orders going to APO/FPO's, please contact us, so that we can apply the difference in price. Large orders being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska being shipped via UPS, must have a surcharge applied, which we will contact you about, prior to shipment
